Rochelle Edwards is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who enjoys working with children ages 5 and older, adolescents, and adults. She welcomes both neurotypical and neurodivergent individuals.

She has experience treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, attention deficit disorders, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), mood disorders, psychotic disorders, and personality disorders.

Rochelle's approach is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and collaboration. She partners with patients to identify strengths, understand concerns, and develop treatment plans that are sustainable, evidence based, personalized, and meaningful.

She treats anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, psychosis, and substance use disorders, with a focus on attentive listening and person-centered care.

Destinee and Jenny serve as our Virtual Office Assistants and are often the first point of contact for the practice. They play key roles, keeping daily operations running smoothly by supporting Rooted Minds with a wide range of administrative and clinical coordination tasks.

Their responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering messages, processing prior authorizations, assisting with collaboration and communication with outside providers and agencies, and managing medication refill requests. They are dedicated to providing timely, organized, and compassionate support to both patients and providers.

Destinee and Jenny are always happy to assist and encourage patients to reach out with any questions or needs.

As a Licensed Master Social worker (LMSW) with 10 years of experience, I have worked alongside adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, psychosis, and identity-related concerns.

I believe therapy is a collaborative process. I value shared decision-making and encourage open communication to ensure our work aligns with your needs. My goal is to assist you in identifying, working toward, and achieving your personal objectives. To do this, I utilize skills from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
